At the Ronnie Ruffner State Farm Agent office in Finksburg, Maryland, my goal is simple: to help people feel confident and comfortable when making decisions about their insurance. My journey with State Farm began over two decades ago, and since opening my office, I’ve been proud to serve the people of Finksburg and surrounding areas like Reisterstown, Owings Mills, and Sykesville, along with the entire state of Maryland. My team is also licensed in Virginia and Pennsylvania, serving more Good Neighbors across borders.

Choosing the right insurance plan shouldn’t be overwhelming, and that’s exactly why we aim to simplify it for you. Whether it’s State Farm’s Auto Insurance to cover your ride, Home and Condo Insurance to help protect your property, or Life Insurance to help care for those you love, we’re here to guide you. We also offer Renters, Motorcycle, and Business Insurance options to support a variety of needs. Our team takes time to walk you through the details so you can feel good about your choices.

Outside the office, I love golfing, hiking, fishing, and traveling with my family. I’m married to my wonderful wife, and we have two amazing kids. You’ll also find me active in the community as a member of the Woodsboro American Legion and the Bucks Club Inc. of Carroll County, connecting with others and supporting local events.

If you’re settling into your first home or preparing for life’s next chapter, we’re here to help make things a little easier. Give our office a call or stop by to connect. We’d love to get to know you and see how we can support your goals.
