Hi, I'm Ronnie Ruffner, an Agent with State Farm Insurance. I graduated from Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland with a B.S. in Business Management. I have over 25 years' experience in the Insurance Business with 20 of them being at State Farm. I am here to help you with your Auto, Home, Life, Health, Business and Financial Services. I am licensed to serve in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. My office proudly serves the residents of Finksburg, Westminster, Reisterstown, Owings Mills and beyond. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors on the water. A fun fact about me is that have played softball for over 30 years on competitive teams and have won ISA, NSA and ASA softball worlds.
